Here in the Western Upstate MLS, 2670 residential homes sold in 2009. That is -13% (down) of the number of units sold verses the same period last year. The Western Upstate MLS is made up of Anderson, Pickens, & Oconee Counties. The waterfront home sales here in the Upstate have been hit the hardest. Their sales are -33%(down) in units verses last year, however the average sold price is stable verses that same period last year. The average price of all homes across the Western Upstate is
